OUR CRAFT SPIRITS
At Water Tower Distilling, our production ethos is rooted in respect—for tradition, for the craft, and for the community that surrounds us. Everything we create reflects a commitment to integrity and consistency. We craft our distinct micro-batch gins in our 50 gallon still, where each 8 hour run produces between 100-135 bottles. So each bottle is incredibly important to us, and part of our commitment to you. Learn more about each spirit below.
WHISKEY
A 5-Year Straight Bourbon with 75/21/4 Mash Bill. A smoother finish with hints of caramel, chestnut, and vanilla. A classic that can only made in America.
A 5-Year Straight Rye with a 95/5 Mash Bill. With a spicier taste and a dry robust finish, this rye is great for cocktails but also smooth enough to drink straight.
This 5 year bourbon is a bold whiskey where the spice of the rye is brought to the front of the palette to compliment the caramel, vanilla, oak, and mint of our standard bourbon. 112.8 Proof.
GIN
Crafted as the go-to for classic cocktails, this gin is bright, clean, and balanced. Juniper shines alongside fresh citrus and cucumber, while coriander, fennel, and angelica root provide a smooth backbone. Subtle spice from pink peppercorn and bay leaf rounds it out.
Inspired by Michigan’s native flora, this gin showcases the tart, fruity character of hawthorn berries. Soft floral notes from linden, chamomile, and yarrow meet the earthy depth of wild cherry bark, all balanced by classic juniper and hawthorn leaf for a crisp, grounded finish.
Inspired by Ypsilanti’s Rosie the Riveter, this floral-forward gin balances strength and elegance. Rosebuds and linden flower bring lift and grace, while juniper, coriander, and angelica root provide a classic, grounded backbone. Subtle notes of bay and fennel add a refined complexity.
Inspired by Willow Run Airport and the crisp air of a Michigan fall, this gin is warm, herbal, and aromatic. Clove and fresh ginger bring autumn spice, while sage, thyme, and tarragon add earthy depth. Bright orange peel and classic juniper balance the blend with a clean, timeless finish.
VODKA AND OTHER SPIRITS
100% Corn Vodka distilled 7 times for a clean, smooth finish. While it’s great alone, this might become your new favorite mixer.
Made with Hyperion coffee, this local collaboration is a spirit unlike any other. Smooth, with hints of clove, vanilla, and caramel, the coffee is the star of the show.
